Mene Monitor is a privacy-first, on-device Android hardware monitoring and system diagnostic utility designed to provide users with real-time information regarding CPU activity, GPU status, memory usage, storage, battery health, thermal sensors, network state, and hardware capabilities.
Mene Monitor operates with a strict local-first architecture:
Under Google Play User Data policies, data that is processed ephemerally and exclusively on-device without off-device transmission is classified as not collected.

Mene Monitor requests only the minimum Android permissions necessary to read hardware state:
Mene Monitor does not request or access personal data such as contacts, photos, private messages, call logs, location history, or financial accounts.
Any user settings or preferences saved within Mene Monitor are stored locally on your device using standard Android encrypted storage preferences.
You can clear all stored preferences at any time by clearing application data in Android System Settings (Settings > Apps > Mene Monitor > Storage > Clear Data) or by uninstalling the application.
Mene Monitor does not require user accounts or registration.
Because no remote account or database is created when using Mene Monitor:
Mene Monitor is a general device utility tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. The app does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in application features, legal requirements, or Google Play policies. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy will indicate when changes were made.
