By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Mene Monitor (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.
Mene Monitor is a mobile utility application designed for Android devices that provides real-time hardware telemetry, CPU and GPU performance monitoring, memory and storage statistics, battery health metrics, thermal monitoring, sensor diagnostics, and hardware testing features.
Mene Monitor processes system and hardware metrics directly on your device for informational and diagnostic purposes.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Mene Monitor on compatible Android devices for your personal or internal business monitoring purposes.
You agree not to:
Mene Monitor reads hardware state information provided by the Android operating system and Linux kernel sysfs interfaces.
All rights, title, and interest in and to Mene Monitor—including but not limited to software code, user interface designs, custom gauge animations, graphic elements, application icons, and branding—are and remain the exclusive property of MENE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICE and its licensors.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MENE MONITOR IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
MENE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, BE ERROR-FREE, OR BE COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY COMBINATION OF ANDROID HARDWARE OR CUSTOM ROMS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MENE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE OVERHEATING, HARDWARE FAILURE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION—ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE MENE MONITOR.
MENE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When updates are made, the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of Mene Monitor following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
