In accordance with Google Play Developer Policy and the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), users of Mene applications have the right to request full deletion of their user account, personal profile, and cloud data.
Important Information Before Submitting
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All saved progress, quiz statistics, cloud documents, and custom settings will be deleted.
Active paid subscriptions managed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store must be cancelled directly through your app store account settings to avoid future billing.
Requests are processed within 30 days of email verification.
