1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using MeneLearn Philippines ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MeneLearn Philippines is designed as an educational and reviewer tool to assist users in preparing for professional board examinations in the Philippines. Content provided in the app is for educational review purposes only and should not be considered official examination guidelines.
3. User Accounts
To access features such as progress synchronization and saved questions, you must sign in via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments (Specialist Access)
- The App offers premium features (Specialist access) through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Google Play and RevenueCat.
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Account settings.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & No Official Affiliation
- No Affiliation: MeneLearn Philippines is an unofficial reviewer tool and is strictly NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC) or the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- No Guarantee: The App and all reviewer materials contained therein are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will pass your examinations by using the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MENE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICE be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of exam results or revenue arising from your access to or use of the App.
