MeneLearn Philippines (formerly PrepHub) is an educational tool designed to help students prepare for professional board examinations in the Philippines. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Data Collection

A. Account Information

We collect your name and email address via Google Sign-In to authenticate your profile and synchronize your exam preparation progress seamlessly across devices.

B. Exam & Progress Data

We store your test scores, study streaks, module completion history, and saved/bookmarked reviewer questions.

C. Subscriptions & Payments

Purchase history and Specialist premium access are managed via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or financial details on our servers.

3. Data Usage

We use your data exclusively for app functionality, progress tracking, personalized analytics, and managing your premium Specialist subscription access.

4. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request full deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time:

• Via Email: Send an email to contact@mene.app from the email address linked to your Google Sign-In account with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
• Via Web Portal: Visit mene.app/account-deletion and submit your deletion request.

Deletion Timeline

Upon receiving a valid request, your personal data, exam scores, and saved reviewer questions will be permanently purged from our active databases within 14 business days.

Subscriptions Notice

Deleting your MeneLearn account does not automatically cancel active Google Play subscriptions. You must manually cancel any ongoing Specialist subscriptions through your Google Play Store Account settings.

MeneLearn Philippines is an unofficial reviewer tool and is strictly NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC) or the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
